We will pre screen our clients to ensure everyone is free from any sickness and not had contact with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days. Your therapist will also be required to be free from sickness and temperature and checked daily before working shift.

Clients from high risk and vulnerable groups such as advanced age or with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to refrain from treatments at this time.

Appointment times will be well spaced to ensure only one client is seen at a time and allowing time for thorough disinfection between clients.

Masks shall be worn in all areas, we kindly ask each client to provide their own protective face wear.

Your therapist shall wear a face shield when working in close proximity. Your therapist shall wear a new disposable apron for each and every client. Your therapist shall also wear new nitrile disposable gloves for each and every client. To carry our and nail treatments a sneeze screen is in place for extra protection.

Hands shall be sanitized upon entry to the salon.

Your therapist shall wear gloves at all times after washing their hands for 20 seconds before.

As usual all professional use products shall be disinfected after each use.

Treatment beds will be covered in clean disposable treatment paper or plastic cover where necessary and disinfected after every client.

All non-porous, metal or plastic equipment and surfaces shall be cleaned and disinfected before each use. Electrical items shall be sprayed or wiped before use.

Clean and dirty items will always be kept separate in well marked containers.

All high touch surfaces throughout the salon shall be disinfected at least hourly.

Clients shall refrain from testing products at this time of high caution.
